Proud Londoner and BBC broadcaster, Robert Elms, has an infectious appetite for every aspect of our wonderful city. Three hours a day he delves into the stories and characters, memories and aspirations which make London such a great and unique place to live and work.
Robert invited our Managing Director, Tim Bowder-Ridger, to talk all things architecture, and in particular, how to solve the London Housing Crisis.
Given our experience successfully regenerating challenging residential sites across the capital, and last year sponsoring a well-received Insight Study into the issue, it proved to be a fast-paced and engaging conversation.
Together they discussed Conran and Partner’s bold regeneration of 1980’s Shad Thames; a scheme that required a strong belief of developing south of the river at a time when no one thought it would work; to our current residential project Centre Point Tower soon set to rejuvenate the east end of Oxford Street, and our 770 home regeneration in West Ealing which has already improved the lives of local residents.
So, grab yourself a cup of tea and join us for a lively debate surrounding one of the biggest political issues to face our current generation.
